Inglourious Basterds Knife Replica

I saw this Adam Savage Tested video a little while ago. I would like to make a replica of this knife at some point. For the high-carbon steel, I might use an old mower blade or leaf spring. I don’t have a furnace as yet, so might have to invest in making one to do the heat treatment/ tempering.
